PRIVACY NOTICE · OCTOBER 23, 2026

Privacy, in plain language.

What this edition of Woodshop Wonders stores, and what it does not.

Information you enter.

The site’s search, calculator, reading list, lesson checkboxes, and correction-draft tool run in your browser. Search loads an article index from this site. Calculator values and correction drafts are not submitted to an editorial inbox or database by this site’s code.

Browser storage.

If you save a guide or mark a lesson complete, the site stores guide identifiers and completion choices in your browser’s local storage. These preferences are not synced to an account. You can remove individual saved guides, uncheck completed lessons, or clear this site’s browser storage to erase them.

Hosting and access.

The hosting service processes requests needed to deliver and secure the website, which can include IP addresses, browser information, and request logs. An owner-private preview may require authentication managed by the hosting platform. Those platform services are governed by their own applicable policies. This notice describes the site’s application code, not all activity performed by your browser or hosting provider.

Advertising and analytics.

No analytics tags, advertising scripts, advertising cookies, or affiliate tracking links have been added to this edition. If advertising is introduced, this notice and the relevant consent controls must be updated before those services are enabled. Our advertising disclosure describes the current status.

External links.

Primary-source links take you to other websites. Their operators may collect information under their own policies. We do not control those services.

Contact and updates.

The public privacy contact address is not configured in this initial edition. The site owner must provide a working contact channel and review this notice for the final hosting, audience, and advertising setup before a public launch. The contact page explains the current correction-draft workflow.
